I came across this video of a Riva 56 Rivale, which is a really beautiful boat. But there seemed to be a very high-pitched noice below deck when they where cruising. I wonder if this is a common thing?
Yep Lets take gobles of torque/horsepower and suddenly change it's rotational torsion, contained in just two big gears. Oh, and NOT make any noise,,, rite.. My grandfather knew better; The down side of V drives. With 86 hours, the sales team is probably trying to explain that wyne will go away. Rarely it does. Thankfully, it is not that bad during the running interior tour. IMO, soon it will be painful, like finger nails on a chalk board. Encourages fast trips to the day head and to stay on deck.
Isn't this an issue with bad insulation? I can't remember any other Riva video having this amount of sound.
