The eighth hull in Mulder's ThirtySix series is under construction and expected to be ready for delivery in 2024. It has been built under speculation and therefore available for purchase. Exterior is by Claydon Reeves with Naval Architecture by Van Oossanen Architects. There is a five cabin layout to sleep up to 10 guests onboard with a full-width master suite, two convertible VIPs and two double cabins. Six crew can also be accommodated.

Delivery for Hull 8 open for Q1 2025.

Name of Project is now Project 'Unity'

Currently undergoing sea trial period.
