    Ease of setup and operation. Listen to users problems and don't just say that will be fixed in the next version which will be another €5000

    Maybe you should have figured that out before you brought your system to market. Using our forums to gather user info for commercial purposes is strictly against our rules. Instead, you should supply K1W1 or anyone he appoints to examine the system - FREE OF CHARGE.

    And he should be paid for his time.
