Problem with lawyers or problem that nobody else had reported this.

I loath the ambulance chasers also.
However in this case, I do agree that Maersk and Phillips did put the crews lives at risk.

Similar to the TOTE / El Faro C F.
I need to look into that and see if all has settled there.
