    Sorry, bad idea..
I did work in Kuwait some years ago and remember the ol Emir had 4 wife's, they were all young girls and he kept swapping them out so there was always a fresh one in the stable.
Not sure the American public would have supported the first Gulf War if they knew the Ruler was a pedophile..

(I was the pilot on one of his airplanes, a B-747 operated by Kuwait Airways, but I never flew it with the Emir onboard, that was always the local pilots and they got a good tip every time they flew him, a Rolex, or a new swimming pool, generous guy I guess)

    Question for builders or contractors:
    How can this be acceptable:
I am building a new house and found out yesterday the floor is NOT flat.
5 days before Certificate of Occupancy and 2 weeks before closing.
Look at this little video clip:
(Am I too picky, or is the builder too casual, OR both?)

    Have you Raised Hell yet?
Alert the developer and the bank, that will get the contractors attention.

Yes, hell has been raised, or at least initiated.
Have not gone nuclear yet, only alerted the Project Manager and the local Dirt. of Ops., as well as the sales lady and told her to forward this little 7 second video to the President/Owner in Lakeland.
I never built a house before and had no idea how incompetent builders and contractors could be.
Flabbergasted is an understatement as we had 4 choices of builders and signed up for the "best" and the "Premier" builder, and had nothing but headaches since day one.
The house is almost done, but the devil is in the details, lots of details:confused:

Tried to upload scary pictures but they all are over 1.3mb, which is the limit for this
Forum. (Is there an App for reducing pixels/mb's on the iPad, then paste onto
    boards without exceeding da limit?)

It worked, the floors are being torn up today and hopefully repaired, but what a waste of money, manpower and time: It would be so much cheaper and efficient to do it right in the first place..

    On a lighter note...

Using Merc's new 500R outboards. If they don't break, will become fuel for Merc's marketing.

    Update:
The speeding catamaran with 500R's made it to St. Augustine, then had to scrub it for weather.
    Engines ran fine.
Stand by for their you tube update.

I have to admit, there was a little squall line that came thru Palm Coast / St Augustine.
    Another one today.
If they would have slowed down a bit, even heaved-too for a few minutes, it blew over quickly.
Norse, You would have been hit by the same mini squall, No big deal rite?

IMO, already pushing a schedule or late, weather is the pussies best excuse to cancel operations.

I'm NOT saying weather issues should not stop some functions; Just it is a great excuse when your not making time.

Yup, I went out today and said hello to the squall line, but only got
rain for 10 minutes or so, most of it went North of Norseman, Odin was good.
Getting too old for rain and thunder in a little boat, scrubbed the rest of the
cruise and stayed on dry land thereafter.

If you were on a clock race; Not a game changer unless you were already behind the clock???

Yea, we got clobbered by the same squall line today (Sunday) coming home. Snotty wind and rain on the beam for about 20 minutes.
One of the kats was gripping till Josie told him to suck it up, then all was quiet from them.
You want to race a clock, on a given day? Florida coast? Oh it rains and you disappear,,,,, Chicken stuff..

A Yacht and 2 support vessels in a small Norwegian fjord made headline news.
Looks like one of the support ships carry a submersible.
    Is that you HTM09? IMG_6505.jpeg
