South Florida Bottom Paint

Yeah, I've gone to an absurd use of prop speed on all critical surfaces like the bottoms of the tabs. Bottom paint is not exactly useless, but perhaps a close cousin.

I have used Trinidad Pro Blue for many years in South Florida.
Got as much as 4 years on 2 coat Trinidad Pro with the boat in the water continuously, but a diver would clean it every 6-7 weeks.

We used Sherwin-Williams epoxy sealer on our hull bottom 16 years ago.
Except for some abuse, most still in great shape.
Always used Ablative paint over it. Always more than 3 heavy coats that last 3 to 4 years.
Divers just dusted it off.

This last fall, Huckins suggested Sherwin-Williams paint as they have been using it for years with great results.
Better prices also.
We poured on many gallons.

Their #45 was supposed tested in Biscayne Bay.

Trying to decide between Seahawk biocop, cukote and colorkote. Guy Doi g my boat only use SeaHawk products. Boat is a sport fish cruise at 25-28 kts that I’m going to take to Florida in the fall then back to NE in the Spring. What would you choose?

I use Cukote and get 4 years n the panhandle. Just put on 2 fresh coats.
