Here is a look at Overmarine's brand Mangusta's latest offering the 165 REV which of course is a reimagined 165 Mangusta they have been building. It looks like they brought a bit of the 104 REV that they launched the other day into the design of the new 165 REV. Below you can see the similarities between the 104 REV and the 165 REV.
The first Mangusta Oceano 50 has been launched. She will be completed for her European owner by the end of July 2021.
Mangusta have delivered the first 104 REV and this vessel will make its debut at the upcoming Cannes Yachting Festival. Here you can get an idea what to expect with this simulation of her.
The second Mangusta 104 REV has been sold. That craft which is currently under construction and is expected to be ready for delivery to her new owner in May 2022. Its cruising grounds will be Florida, Great Lakes and some parts of the Caribbean.
Agreed I like how they (Mancini and Mangusta) integrated the forward wide body main deck with the sweeping shear line. A non Italian design language as the IT standard is for a straight shear line. Although integrating lines has been a growing Italian design theme since the end eighties.
All that sexiness from the mind of a man named Igor and not something Italian like Giuseppe, or Giovanni, or Lucca. All kidding aside, I'm definitely a fanboy of Lobanov's designs.
