No, I told my better half many times that you can’t buy safety at West Marine when
friends were showing off the latest gizmo gear from WM before their next Bahamas
    cruise.

They're fun on the roads too (especially in winter), and armed. It's hard to convince people on vacation that their minds need to keep working. We used to joke that you could tell the seasons by the drive. Come winter it took us twice as long to get to work and everyone would make left turns from the right lanes with no signals.

People on booze do stupid things. I don't know if booze was involved but there were two young people on jetskis outside my apartment building on the causeway that empties into the intercoastal. The causeway is a no wake zone and they were doing circles together, so they'd make a larger wake. Unfortunately for them, there were other people in a boat with a blinking blue light that stopped them. I got the binoculars to watch, they did not look happy. I thought it was very funny, love seeing idiot like them get caught.

You know you can’t treat stupid. They do that next to my Marina and just outside of a marked swimming area for a great park beach. They rock our boat like a wake from a 40-50 ft sport fisher.

Unfortunately the blinking blue lights don’t show up nearly often enough.
