A new build has arrived at Lurssen which was under construction at Nobiskrug. Lurssen will complete the build known as Project 794, a 62-meter superyacht with Espen Oeino exterior and Zuretti interior. Keel laying happened on June 26th, 2019...we covered it here. https://www.yachtforums.com/threads/news-nobiskrug-starts-build-on-62m-superyacht.31631/ Completion of the vessel was expected to be in Spring on 2021 but clearly that never happened. Maybe later this year or in early 2023 we will see this vessel complete at Lurssen.

794/Cap d’Ail is a replacement for Amadea. One can expect to see her finished before the end of the year, the outfitting stage seems quite advanced already…

    As in the 106-meter "Amadea"?

Yes ;) one of the craziest downsizing I’ve ever heard. Cap d’Ail has the same interior & exterior design team as Amadea as well as the same broker.

Another look at her transfer from Nobiskrug to Lurssen at the time.

Apparently nothing has happened with this build since it arrived at Lurssen as you can see it still looks pretty much the same way.

...maybe..the yacht is seized because the nationality of the owner. Just speculating a little, but...it could be the answer.
It a shame, I like the design.

Any updates on her progress? Interesting story for sure.. I like her design and I’m interested in the GA and what she will offer in this 62m length
