Her layout isn't bad neither is her decor but I agree it needs to be toned down a bit, with tones and colours that are more muted. I get she is brand new, well mostly new and she has travelled alot since delivery but I do not think her current asking price will get any bites.

The astoundingly beautiful "MadSummer"...one of the best looking 90-meter superyachts Lurssen built in the last few years.

In addition to Madsummer, Harrison Eidsgaard has designed some great looking yachts over the years including Halo, Vanish and one of my all-time favorites (and infrequently photographed), MY Tango. Tango is almost a decade old now and I believe she still hasn't changed hands. That's how much her owners enjoy the design. You can definitely see similar design language in all those boats.

Yes, I agree. Eidsgaard lines are unmistakable. It has to do with the proportions too...all of their yachts to date appear to be proportioned in a similar way...just varying sizes. The stacked lines effect on the superstructure which can be seen on "Tango", "Madsummer" and even on "Vanish" -in a more subtle way - is a signature of Eidsgaard. The multiplicity of vertical windows on the forward main deck is also a feature that repeats on all the builds so far and shouldn't be forgotten.

"Elandess" is nice as well but in her own way. "Madsummer" is closer to conventional. Remember I said I thought she was one of the best 90-meter yachts Lurssen produced in recent years. I wasn't discounting anything else Eidsgaard penned. Pretty much everything that studio has done so far (yacht wise) are homeruns.

Yes the old one is currently called "TV". I think Harrison Eidsgaard did a fantastic job with this one. Those signature Eidsgaard repeating fashion mouldings on the superstructure certainly elevates an already nice design.
