    The insurance company I spoke to said they where harder to repair. I imagine they're heavy..

    Most of the custom SF are cold molded because they're lighter, strong, and faster than their fiberglass brothers...........Vicems cold molded is none of that. Their boats aren't light or fast for their power.....haven't heard about any strength issues with them...........
