    That one was poor fuel managment, a bit of luck and some skills from the Captain who screwed up in the first place. A good outcome for sure..

    Yes, a fuel leak and a bit of misunderstanding of how the fuel system worked.
    I read the accident report years ago.
    All in all they did a good job as nobody died, but digging a bit deeper into the details, the Halo was not shining as bright anymore.
    (I am not saying I could have done any better, this was a confusing scenario)
