Is nord going to be the only 140m yacht that is not designed by Espen Oeino?

That looks like an AW 139. That's a big helo for a private yacht . To put it in some perspective, that's 5K lbs heavier (or more) and almost 10' longer than the Dauphin AS365 Madam Gu carries. Yowzers.

Some images of the Mega Yacht "Nord" project "Opus" , being renovated at Cartagena only one month after being delivered to his owner (April 2021)

I hope that this means that her bow is finally being extended. But I don't have much hope. Impressive vessel!

I find this very interesting that quite a few of these recent large Lurssens are always getting something done to them right out of the yard.

Yeah, me too. I believe Crescent is still in the works after almost 2.5 years

I was thinking the same thing and wondering why?
Lurssen is supposed to be top-notch in term of quality and expertise, so...has something changed?
I'm thinking about Crescent...a real nightmare. She's spent more time under maintenance than sailing...and she is still moored in Trieste doing...nobody knows what.

It seems to me that it's not the extention of bow but just making some changes in bow name-plate. Nord is the only giga-yacht wich has such plate and probably the owner decided either to somehow improve it or even entirely remove it at all.

Definitely not an extension of the bow, not with that tenting and the lack of the required lifting equipment and perhaps she would have had to gone in dry dock for that to happen. So it is paint works in that area given then protection and ventilation and or removal of the Nord nameplate or some kind of improvements to it.
