Maybe she won't be coming to the Caribbean, unless she comes late.

Here is a quick view of the bow area of "ACE" as she was maneuvering in Monaco.

Freaking snail bote probably wrapped on the buoy line.
Normal south Georgia attitude. Torpedoes would help here.
The ships engineer will be working over time clearing the silt from the ships systems for days.
It will be another day before all that kicked up silt settles.
Hope the troubles were worth landing up there.

    Oh, pretty ship, nice maneuver.

Ace was listed for sale. The asking price is 145 million euros.

Thanks for sharing one of the best exterior designs out there in my opinion, but I always found the interior of Ace not fitting the exterior and quite hideous. Pretty sure the interior is affecting the sale a la Solandge since you have to add an extensive refit to the purchase price.

Fair point made. That's the thing about building a truly bespoke design and interior, that's fine for you and your family if that's what you like but when it comes to sell, you have to have an interior that is as close to normal as possible where if its just one or two items like a carpet or throws or upholstery of a settee in the lounge it wouldn't stop potential buyers. But if a prospective buyer loves the exterior and then moves inside and sees nothing on all 5 decks they are too enthused about and all they can see is 50 million they have to spend on top of the purchase price to make it 'theirs', that's sometimes a deterrent. That's why sometimes you see an owner preparing to sell would take the yacht to the yard to get the interior 'normalized' more beiges, whites, tans, Oaks, Maples....light tones on midtones... glass with satin nickel etc...that's what sells.

The interior is less of a problem than the horrible layout. It’s a lot harder to change the layout in a refit than just updating the interior.

What is so horrible about the layout? As I am not sure of her layout I'd be curious to know.

Crew mess on main deck is one of the main ones. Only has 5 cabins, just an odd one.

I think the worst thing is not the crew mess on the main deck, but the gym...it is located aft on the main deck!!!
So when you jump on board, you don't have the main salon, but the gym, a generator room, a big HVAC room, then the cinema, the crew mess, the massage/hairdressing room and 4 guest rooms...so a lot of stuff in a deck.:confused::confused:
The crew mess on the main deck is because she has a full-beam spa on the lower deck.
Another thing..the owner's suite is not forward on the upper deck, but on the bridge deck with a full-beam cabin, sitting room, office etc
    So... a horrible layout...

Wow! I've heard that Ace has an odd layout from you guys here, but now I have the proof. Gym on the main deck aft, crew mess ahead of it, just bizarre and not functional in my opinion, this is a tough sell in my opinion major refit cost for sure
