    I'm sure I posted this in the 'Yacht Conversion' thread already. However, this was one really meticulous conversion.

    This is really nice to watch at the highest available resolution and on a large monitor or TV! One thing I noticed is the exhaust. It is now covered it seems because I remember it being three separate pipes on either side.

    Nice video but one thing I noticed is where they have the anchor 'ball' /day shape placed. Shouldn't that be on the bow?

    Not necessarily. Rule 30 (Anchored Vessels and Vessels Aground) states-
    (a)A vessel at anchor shall exhibit where it can best be seen:
    (i) in the fore part, an all around white light or one ball;
    (ii) at or near the start and a lower level than the light prescribed in subparagraph (i), and all-around white light.
    (b) A vessel of less than 50 meters in length may exhibit an all-around white light where it can best be seen instead of the lights prescribed in paragraph (a) of this Rule.

    Thanks Ken... so basically where it can be best seen. I notice on "Venus" for example, hers is usually attached on the outside of the railing to the front. You would think they could have had a stake higher than the rail so it can be displayed in the clear. Although the present arrangement might make sense seeing that her telescopic mast is very close up front where the bow tapers. For illustration purposes.

    It's often something that's not accounted for during design/build so the crew improvises something.
