Go to the supermarket at midnight. Not so many people then. Also, consider getting flu and pneumonia shot, per Danish doctor suggestion. It may help you not get weakened from normal flu or pneumonia and more susceptible for Coronavirus. Won’t prevent Covid 19 though, just help you have stronger immune system in general.

I bought some extra methyl hydrate to use as my own hand sanitizer, hopefully I won't have to use my stock of Everclear...

We had a short trip scheduled for Seaside OR next week. Even though it's just a single day drive to the OR coast from Vancouver BC, and even though Seaside is probably at least as safe as Vancouver, we decided that we didn't want to risk getting caught that far from home if there were additional travel restrictions imposed.

Thanks to all that replied. We decided to stay put and see how things develop. Hopefully in a month or so we will feel comfortable going assuming no travel bans. We have 2 businesses and in the core one we have already instituted austerity measures and have been contemplating cost cutting measures for both business. Evaluating how much of hit we can sustain and for how long. Plan for the worst and hope for the best.

Florida temps in the high 80's ..... Virus doesn't like to be above 80.

No toilet paper in Kissimmee Wallymart.... All they had was a few packs of Dude Wipes they've been trying to get rid of for a long time..... Which is hysterically funny if you know the story....

Thankfully, Hit ABC Liquors last week. Were good and armed.

Lost of cheap bourbon on hand. :D:D:D
However, if the world get any more bizarre,, well,, there are only so many places to hide rum onboard.;););)

Respectfully, I disagree with Capt J. Stay put! Who the heck knows what's going to happen? You may have to quarantine offshore even though you are a national. The infection rate is estimated by most professionals to be way undercounted. One man's opinion. This is going to be nasty.

Not only does the overall rate rise, but each day we have new pockets develop. The city of New Orleans has 53 positives now. That would rank the one city alone in the top 10 states.

I think one thing we should have learned from China and Italy is the necessity of immediately containing pockets like this. We did so with New Rochelle, for example, and seem to have prevented it spreading disastrously.

I flew JetBlue last week PBI-NY and the return flight was about 1/3 empty. Am flying JB to DCA (Washington) tomorrow for sea trial in MD. Will be interesting to see the difference in airplane traffic. I figure it's the best time to fly - everyone else is at home or in the grocery store. My tickets were almost $500 roundtrip; when at JFK last week, I cancelled those tickets and bought a new roundtrip for $187.00. I'm a happy camper (sorry, Carl, didn't mean to take your name in vain.)
