    That's ARKUP, a solar powered house that has four spuds that drop down to raise the house out of the water (depending on sea level, and we see that changing). Watched it being built at RMK Merrill Stevens the past few years. Don't think this one (the first) sold yet. It has electric thrusters that rotate 180-degrees and run up to 7 knots.

    I love my motorcycle, it's so good at getting to the front of the queue.
    Sadly it scares the cr*p out of all the others waiting in line at the DMV.

    yes know what you mean. Always wondered how far he would get if all those people were real and not actors. In our neck of the woods he would have been educated regarding manners within 10 feet Iam sure. LOL
