Next close to accident in Venice: I think it's just a question of weeks, until cruiseships have to go around Venice (= south/east of Guidecca), instead through Giudecca channel... Risk is just too high! By that, big boats would not be banned from Venice and the cruiseship terminal could be maintained...

The yacht (don't know the name) came quite close to being smashed. Hope few people were on board, but with such weather.....Luckily a near miss
