In FLL, we've used Certified Diesel as we have a Yanmar in one of our RIB's.

We learned at Huckins to Call Mastry up.
Good Yanmar Marine shops are thin around Jax.

    Everywhere around here.
Lamb's, L&J, and Beach are shown in Jacksonville. I can't speak as to their quality.

As I said; GOOD Yanmar Marine shops are thin around Jax.
Your first two examples should be avoided.

You happy with them? Showed up on time, good work and reasonable rates?
I used another Fort Lauderdale Yanmar Dealer for a recent 1,000 hour service.
Had a problem with them and decided to look somewhere else for future service/repair work.

Our limited service has been fairly routine but they did it when scheduled and did a good job. We delivered to them so no issue of showing up, but we did have a schedule and they met it. Now understand ours was on a 19' rib and on a 14' rib, 150 hp and 110 hp.

Wow, a 110 hp Yanmar diesel on a 14’ RIB...?
(Guess my life is boring. Holy cra..)

I got the 300 hp Yanmar 6LP-STE turbo diesel on Odin (www.odincharters.com)
A finicky engine that needs premium maintenance to last.
1000 hours, so far so good.

The diesel isn't that fast. They only run about 35 knots. Gas in the 14' runs 5 knots faster.

Twice my cruise speed of 17.5 knots.
Not in a hurry anymore, previous boat would top out at 32.5 knots, but could hardly use that speed, a few times in Biscayne Bay with low-or-no chop, had to slow to 15 for crossings between the Florida and the Bahamas.
Engines and wife screaming at 32.5 knots, nah, slow is beautiful.
