Also, your lawyer would have access to escrow services. As to documentation services, I know Howard Reeder provides escrow services and is well respected. I'm not sure about Saxton and ASAP and Mardoc but believe they do. I know All Oceans Closings says they do, but don't know them personally.

ASAP Documentation does the title search and issues the Bills of Sale and other paperwork necessary for closing. They can also act as an escrow agent. Ask for Kimberly.

Thanks, Judy. I figured they did escrow but wasn't 100% sure. It's a fairly standard function for major documentation agencies like them and they do excellent work.

Jan Saxton. I do not know for certain whether she offers escrow services.

That's her. She helped us on a few projects over 15 years ago.
Glad he is still in the Biz.

MBevins, This shop can help or point you into the best direction. Helped us and a few or our customers. Including a foreign flagged boat.

A bit of a reminder that we in Fort Lauderdale are use to all these services and sometimes overlook they are less common elsewhere.

You got that right olderboater ! There is next to nothing with good fair marine services for big boats around southeastern PA and South Jersey . I am now becoming my own Cruisair A/C tech, to add to my other self learned skills...not that I want to ,but have to in order to get it done. There is no one around that can do much of any skilled marine service here. You Florida folks are lucky to have many service companies to choose from .
