What about overheating of the servos due to heavy load or other environmental factors such as engine room heat together with operating load?

I don't know. Naiad usually produces a top shelf product though from my experiences.

I have CMC electric stabilizers fitted on my 86ft boat and they are great.

Let me tell you about Niaid service to Jax Fl.
Nota, None, Zero, Zip AND lots of other NEGATIVE comments. Over 2 years ago lightning took out a marina we service. Was on the phone with them with a list of work. Weekly calls.
As far as I know, these request are still active.
My transient customets found a shop in Liquordale. By grace and e bay, i have fixed my locals.
I sadly have to report, Niaid service SUX.

That said, the gyro gizmos have always intrested me. We now run a couple of 45 and 50ish slow hulls with these gyro gizmos.
Wow, what a treat. They do work well.
Now days, they are in CCs and mid express boats.
AND some competition coming into play.
Before you invest heavy, check these gyro things out.

I ve had very good experience with Trac. I once got a small leak on a pressure sender and they send a guy to swap it the next day becase we were leaving for the exumas

I ve put 1000 hours on a set in the last 2 years and so far the has been the only issue. I ve also installed a set on my 53.

    Has Naiad resolved your issues?

Carry a spare pressure gauge. I've known them to blow out on 2 different boats over the years. Granted, with similar hours on the stabilizers as yours. But, when they do, they spray hydraulic fluid all over the Engine Room. On one boat, I put a shutoff valve below the gauge and keep the gauge off, unless I want to go to the engine room and check the pressure anyways.

The factory service in south Florida did not. An independent stabilizer shop in South Florida did.
OTOH, I have to make good comments to the nice lady who answers the FL Factory phone. Her husbands first name is the same as mine. She looks up the correct part number and I purchase parts straight from her on first call.

Great idea to put an isolation valve on the pressure gauge. Many a engine room fire has been started by the pressure gauge blowing out and several ER fires on Broward's due to the aft engine room bulkhead centerline location of the reservoir and the main engine turbos being a scant few feet away. If my memory serves me the system pressure was 1,400 psi or there abouts. Plenty of Nuto 32 spewed around the rubber band room.
