I'm sorry, but there are currently no positions available.

    BTW, I've done windows.
    From the outside.
    80 feet up.
    While doing 15 knots.
    5 degrees F.
With just a small list to stand on.

I can't do that any more.
Then I'll just have to keep guard over the rum and report its evaporation. :D

    Hi Earl,
Did you ever find your "Nordhavn" alternative Trawler?

Hey Andy -- Great to see you here! I see you've made 8 posts in 8+ years. You've got more to say than that and lots to contribute. Share the wealth :)

Hi Judy! Many thanks for the warm welcome!
I'm popping my head up, finding my feet on social media. Just found my way back to Yacht Forums
I see you are still holding your own!

YF is different than the other boating forums and vastly apart from the "specialty" forums. For one, there is an international presence that has breadth and depth. Whenever I need information, YF is my go-to source. I implicity trust almost every post. There is only one participant that I know of that posts incorrect information, but he gets called out on his mistakes when he makes them. As a bonus, it's a warm and friendly group here and I have made many personal friendships that started out with us having nothing more in common than love of boats. We all still have a learning curve and I know others will be glad to benefit from your contributions.

    Hello,

Are you still looking for a boat? Would a grand banks 59 RP be an option?

    Thank you for asking!

A lot of things have happened since I started this thread. Due to changed working conditions, we have to postpone the purchase a few years. We have however made a first step, we have bought a second house, a smaller one next to the sea - which will be a great base for the future (when we sell our current, big house, far away from the sea.)

    Congratulations!
Any day close by, or on the Sea, is a good day! One step closer to the dream. Atta boy!
