    "Serene" is capable of being lit like that... I have seen her lit with each deck in 2 or three different colours in that pattern across all the decks so it can be insanely colourful. No doubt OV is extravagant though.

    Oh okay did not know that each deck on "Serene" can light up simultaneously in different colours. Sorry.
