That looks like a nice and sturdy vessel. Will not be faired, meens will go remote places with harsh enviroment (ice going). Diesel-electric propulsion with dry exhaust stacks and ABB Azipods. Dynamic positioning system, retractable stabilizers. Very large tender on the bow with enclosed wheelhouse. Large Helipad for medium sized and weight helicopter, most likely with retractable hangar / weather cover. That yacht / ship is build to go to polar regions and other very enviromental sensitive areas. Certification as an Explorer Support Vessel (ESV) with Green Label. I am looking forward to see her entering service in April 2015. Maybe a little bit later :p.

Apparently the New Zealand owner has purchased another vessel from Kelven measuring 116m for delivery in 2016. The 107m will be delivered in June of 2015.

So the 107m is to be delivered in June according to the original press release. Has anyone seen any news about the delivery for this month?

Edit: Should have done a bit more research. Apparently it's a September delivery date now with interior by H2.

She is now on her way to Bremerhaven, Germany for the final outfitting and completion.

She is now berthed in front of the Stahlbau Nord Shipyard (Constructional Steelwork North) in Bremerhaven.

They were previously involved in a number of projects from Kusch Yachts, Blohm & Voss and A&R. This involved the construction of the hull and/ or superstructure but also outfitting like fold down hatches and doors. For example on "Elandess", "Graceful", "Luna" and "Al Mirqab".
They are also active in the conventional steel construction.

From some of the pics I have seen she seems to be sitting pretty low in the water, very near the water line. Maybe they put extra ballast aboard in addition to fuel/water, but if not and she has a lot more outfitting still to go, it seems there might be a problem, especially with the low swim platform. Interesting to see pics of her at rest and underway in this condition, really makes the naval architecture of the hull design stand out, seems to be a lot of bulb out of the water at rest.

There will be at least one 21m tender going on the foredeck so that will help her to even up some

You will find that this is an artists impression not an actual photo

It depends, if they're travelling long distances (transatlantic) etc. They'd probably drain the pool and jaccuzzi. I consider this a ship, not a yacht.....

Is that the 110m rendering? The 107 has a blue hull or is it the other way?

It is the rendering for the 107m project. The 116m yacht was shown with a blue hull.

That image is something else. Hauling a 68' "Tender" up to that height and placing it on the bow? I wonder what they weight of that vessel is loaded?

I would like to see them try doing it while anchored somewhere in real world conditions... they are at the yard alongside where it is calm.

That Tender is an independent vessel in its own right. It is capable of making longer voyages itself so it could easily be moved along with the mother ship to somewhere where the sea conditions permit a safe controlled lift if the local conditions were not conducive to such an operation.

The tender is probably also setup so that the big boat could tow it. In the early 2000's the Gallant Lady used to tow it's 58' Searay behind it's 172' Feadship on the long voyages.
