    On the way home, after an hour at 6 knots, opened the throttles to 2100rpm.
    Running very smooth. Haze cleared quickly.
    500 gallons Fuel, 100 g water, one person aboard.

    great looking boat Kafue, you really cant beat the lines of a classic Hatt. I think the shearline on those series of hatterases has to be the one the most eye pleasing shearlines that I have ever seen on a sportfish

    You should see the interior. I've been in and out of Kafue's boat and it's very nice in all areas and a very well done re-do.

    Thanks for the comments guys.
    Quite often I am on my own when I do mid week trips. She is a very easy boat to handle and as long as I have the lines at the ready, no issue to moor.
    Don't go deep sea on my own, at least not on Someday.

    Haven't been out on Moreton Bay for a while. Still need to see your new yacht! Maybe at Easter we will try for a week at Tangalooma.

    I installed the last 32 volt pump you sent me a few months ago.
    All new bilge pumps is one of my maintenance issues after 5 years. It has been 5 years since Capt. J inspected "Someday" for me in Stuart.
    James is a great asset for boaters who need an unbiased opinion on a vessel when we are far away.

    Still had a full survey by an extremely good (& bloody expensive...ha! had to add that Malcolm! Worthwhile though.) surveyor from Fort L. Plus the Detroits were carefully surveyed. Only left out the gearbox, if it were possible to predict the failure I had, which is doubtful.
    Might need more 32v pumps in the future Mate.

    Still have a few. Just fixed up a Hatteras MY up here.
    Give me some lead time on what you need my friend.

    Round trip for a custom 280 pound installation tool may be difficult. Easier to just purchase a seat.

    I inspected it for Kafue in Stuart,FL before he bought the vessel along with 2 other 53's. There was another one that I liked better, but needed some this' and that's. I almost bought the other one myself but then decided I would rather fix them on someone else's dime than own one myself! :D

    I can get 32 volt Rule 2000s new as well. But that's the only 32 volt bilge pump I know of that's new stock.

    Yeah, be great to catch up. Tangas is a mess. Some moron in Government decided it was a good idea to demolish Brisbane's #1 boating attraction and gas axed all of the wrecks' super structures to the waterline ...
