We docked at Coal Harbour when we went to Vancouver but we did go by Quayside in our Rib.

Garden Bay pub at Pender used to have the best seafood chowder "in the world" we cruise there at least twice a year, the harbor area is a jewel...

I love your comment about loving to clean your boat,I guess in have the same infliction. I am dreaming of getting out in a couple of weeks to start all the spring cleaning. Nothing better than a couple of long days with the wax and polisher. Love it. Beautiful boat and you will love desolation sound and area. We have many friends that regularly cruise that area. Enjoy

Trying to purchase a 120' boat that we made an offer on two years ago. They are now ready to deal, but I don't what to be a 'two" boat owner.
I love "Reward" and just recently got her just the way I want.
If she sells than it was meant to be...if not that I guess I am stuck with a boat I love!
It would be nice to be able to cruise the Pacific Northwest for a year or two first, then move on...

"Good Spirit" I am heading up to Vancouver with 4 gallons of wax in a few weeks...I must be sick!!!!

If your boat has Awlgrip, which it probably does, you do not wax Awlgrip, only wash it and use Awlwash soap exclusively. You can also use a wax like polymer for it called Awlcare.

I also own a Broward, 97 feet. My family and I are planning to do an Alaska trip so I hope you will send updates on your trip, especially with regard to anchorages, places to dock, good eateries, and spectacular sights and the great things you are doing. Happy cruising.

What engines did you get with her? Im thinking of getting the 121 1990 in Phuket asking 1.9M. Im a bit worried about the Detroit Diesels and what about corrosion between the metals? Cautious buyer

    Christiano,
Reward had new long block replacements in 2008 (12V92 TA's). No issues what so ever!
