I really like her! Something new from Tim Heywood.

I think I'm more impressed by Savannah. Looks like they tried to keep this one below 3,000gt.

Yeah honestly it does not strike you the same way that 686 did... I think there is too much going on in the design. Tim Heywood?

Yea it's a Heywood. It looks good, I think I like her better than Quantum Blue and she's better than 1005 but Savannah is a nice change with a lot of new technology from the sounds of things.

How could you like her better than "Quantum Blue"? Lol. Anyways we shall wait until we dsee photos with her fully in the open with her sundeck and mast/radar arch attached to make a full judgement.

Quantum Blue is nice but doesn't seem very different. I'm starting to appreciate 808 more now after seeing more photos and videos on DMY. She's really doesn't look too big.

Since when did designers start signing their projects? One picture shows Heywoods signature under the Feadship name.

Tim Heywood is the only designer who signs some of his projects as far as I know. At least Lürssen's 147m "Topaz" has also got a Tim Heywood signature beneath the shipyard signature. There might be more on his designs...

When Savannah was launched I spoke with someone who works at the yard and he told me that Como has to get a complete new paintjob.
Paint was not up to standard.

Expensive diesel to get her back to the yard.

The 66m 809 designed by Eidsgaard is actually also for sale asking 80 Million euros. Delivery is scheduled for July this year.

Feadship launched the 46m 689, which looks just like Como plus an extra deck.

Which do you prefer? "Como" or "Kiss" with the extra deck?

I definitely prefer the smooth lines of "Como" over "Kiss". Her black hull color looks nice though.

No worries, good to know you are still near by! :) Is it still @#$%^&*~ cold over there? Bremen froze my brain cells and future generation/generator! :p

Hehe! It got a bit warmer and the sun came out more frequently more than in Bremen as I know. Well you 'chose' the wrong time of year for your stay here. But as we say there is no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing. But seriously you made the right decision with your move to South of France!
