    Hi Doug
I found her but Im not convinced she is a Feadship as there is no listing in Feadship records for a 65ft boat built in 1965. In any event, Feadship or not, ...I assume they hacked her about in the last refit and I dont think she is very nice internally or externally

Although I am a novice here in the boat world I had somewhat the same opinion. It is so good to hang around with the competency gathered on this site.

David, having undergone the same gut, sand blast and rebuild process on 1965 Delfin, I too admire your commitment to restore a classic. Bit of a labor of love, I know, but you can be proud of your accomplishment.

thank you - is the DELFIN the vessel in your avatar? looks like she might be a trawler yacht but difficult to see properly. In any event Id love to know more about her and the project?
    regards

Yes, she is a trawler. Originally laid in Norway in 1964, I purchased her as an empty hull in 2003 and re-launched her in 2007. There is a bit on the re-fit on her website at Home | Delfin.

Wow, that's an incredible spec! With far more "big ship" stuff than we have fitted on Tiky but she will only be used as a family yacht on coastal passages rather than long ocean passages, as per Delfiin is clearly capable of.

Thanks, and yes, she is designed for long offshore passages.

62ft VINTAGE FEADSHIP TIKY IN IBIZA

this is Tiky in Ibiza on passage from Gib to Italy. I can't believe how the Ibizencan skyline has changed since I was last there 25 years ago when none of the buildings in the background existed.the way of the world, I guess.

Vintage 1961 62 ft Feadship Tiky

Well, we had the most amazing month cruising Tiky from San Remo to St Tropez and back with various friends and family coming aboard. I'm pleased to say that we had a constant stream of admiring visitors asking what she was and when she was built etc. I will be posting more pics but meantime here is one of her in the bay of Frejus.

Wow, she looks so at home. The sunlight really shows off her brightwork.

How was the season in Italy?
