Very cool video about a very cool yacht. But have you checked the yacht's website? OMG WHAT IS THAT? It is not suitable to the yacht.

What do you mean? That the website is not as flashy for such a superyacht?

It is possible to make an elegant website without a "flashy" performance.

    - The logos (website and yacht) are different
    - The main navigation has no balance with the rest and it looks that the end is cropped
    - It is not responsible
    - They have a great video and it is not embedded
    - No user experience engineering

Sorry, I have worked as a project manager in online marketing before I joint the yachting business ;)

But I like the crew page where charter interests can see who is aboard :)

My experience of the site would be greatly enhanced if I could view the beautiful photos full screen minus the photographer's chintzy watermark.

That and bringing the link to the video Motor Yacht DIAMONDS ARE FOREVER - YouTube forward to a prominent place on the gui would improve significantly the site's ability to WOW me.

If they hired Rene I am sure all that would be taken care of tout de suite!!

That is a cool video ombreetsoleil!!!

At the DAF launch party there were a couple of Bond guys rapelling down the side of DAF.

Has anyone ever seen a video of the action that can be posted so everyone can see?

CapTom, your work is nothing else than art! Huge apprecation!

Well with the sale of DAF her owner is ready to take over his next yacht! I think she will be 65m and is scheduled for 2015?

Mhm as you said FB 265 resembles "Nataly" (Amnesia) very much..

I thing the the project I had at the back of my mind was the concept "Skyfall", 63,5m ... Not shure if this is only a concept or apparently under construction.
At least the name fits as all of the Owner's yachts (c.a 20) were 'James Bond' thematised.

BTW it was you, Ron who posted about her in the Benetti news thread. :)
    Here is the Photo.

Yes but the 'Nataly'-looking straight bow one was out before this Skyfall one. Thing is, it is widely being said that Skyfall is the name of his next yacht which is due in 2014, Benetti has a 90-meter project for 2015 I believe. So I guess we would have to wait and see but it is probably this one with the blue hull. I could be wrong, so maybe it is!

Oh I like that one. Almost matches my eyes. I do like when a designer makes an enormous boat seem in shape and design to have the lines of a smaller boat. They still look like boats and not some other kind of a structure. But to each their own taste. I just look at a boat like "Venus" and my first thought is "What is it?" Then slowly I take it in and try to absorb the look.
