Looking for a marina on the East Coast of Florida, midsection, around Cocoa or Melbourne for an 80 foot boat. Two week visit. Any suggestions? Thanks for the help, much appreciated.
Cape Marina in Port Canaveral has some end ties that can accommodate you. Max 50 amp service as I recall.
Good stop. Great help. Can not stop speaking good things about that shop. That is one long inlet channel. Then dodge the security, head boats and cruise ships when you come in late. Oh the locks behind them to the back river, barge canal to the ICW, SUX... ,rc
I agree, but all of the restaurants are a very long walk and there is absolutely nothing to do around there except maybe take a taxi to the beach......
lol ...that's true - and maybe watch the cruise ships come and go. I'm not aware of anyplace else in the area that can handle the OP's 80' requirement ...but there may be. I've only stayed at Cape Marina and only for overnights while traveling. It's definitely old school (but so am I).
Cocoa beach has a god marina just north of the bridge, I ve stop there s few times with a 70. Pet sure they can accommodate bigger. Close to the renovated town center with shop, restaurants, etc.
St. Augustine would be a better stop. Many historic things to do, shopping, the beach, restaurants and more.
