    Planning to refit older 140 foot yacht and part of the refit is to replace the old Vosper stabilizers with modern zero speeds'. Cost is not an issue but which manufacturer's product is better, Quantum or TRAC?

    My personal preference is Quantum.

    Great equipment and great after sales support when needed.

    The last boat I was on we had TRAC and I can say the same for them.

    I believe both companies products are of the highest quality and that I why have narrowed it down these two, but there must be design elements of one that makes them superior to the other. If they are much of much then the decider will be the cost.

    How about parts and service availability in your cruising area? I'm more familiar with Trac and they work well.....
