    Just need to vent...

I'm in a state of disbelief at the level of internet illiteracy we have witnessed over the past few days on YF's t-shirt thread. Some of these guys posting personal information in the thread are doctors, lawyers, engineers and even a yacht designer. People that are suppose to be smart!

You all received the mailer. You know how it works. I'm building inbound links. Some of these people *think* (dare I associate that word with them?) they're suppose to post their own links in the thread, then personal information, then get a free shirt? I've received about 50 emails with names, addresses & shirt sizes, with no clue what a link is or why?

I’m seriously unable to comprehend the gross lack of cerebral capacity! I thought we had a database of affluent, well educated members, but it appears I'm the one that's not so smart!

    Soap box off.

Ah, you've not been to a Ball Park for a while, have you?

The offer of a free T-shirt brings out the moron in many! :D

You're right Dave. I should take this in stride with a big smile. Sometimes smart people do dumb things. I'm as guilty as anyone else.

I may be one of the challenged. But in my defense, you sent me an email and I was simply responding to your questions? Or am I misinterpreting?

Carl, ever go for a boat ride in south Florida? Ever seen guys who can't anchor because they can do basic math? Talking adding water depth to bow height and multiply that by 6 or 7... I mean you'd think that folks who can afford a boat could do basic math... And not talking skiffs, pontoons and bow riders but sometimes brand new 60 +

Worst of all... They have the right to vote!!!

I may owe you an apology. I was getting quite a chuckle out of some of the responses. It now appears to have been at your expense.

I went back to the T-shirt thread, and have a clear understanding of what you were describing, now. What's with that guy Mitch? Is he jousting with you? Maybe the remedy is to leave their links on the thread so they can find out first hand what damage can be done.

Is this where I post my personal information for the Cerebrally Challenged Shirts? :D

I can pay you back for them in a week or two though because I've got a couple of million coming in from Nigeria by then....

If you are speaking (typing) from experience, would that make you
    a "no brainer"? :D
