    Anyone have the same problem?

Anyone have any tips for fixing window leaks and what would cause the wood to rot all the way around the window frame.

I assume you're talking about either ply or more likely balsa core between the sandwich of glass. I think I'd just dig out the rot and fill it with Great Stuff foam. Probably not a proper fix, but I think it would do the job on an 18 year old Carver.

    Wood rot around w

No it is wood that the window frame screws into that attaches it to the fiberglass. The wood is exposed on the inside once you peel back the headliner.
It was so water logged and rotted it just crumbled.

Trying to see if anyone else has done this repair before we start trying to take apart all the windows. Is it easy to fix window leaks and take apart?
