Interior is definitely gorgeous! They take the interior concept of "Baton Rouge" far on the otherside of the spectrum. BR is very clothy and almost organic and sophisticated interior. "Maidelle" is extremely sophisticated and mature with more emphasis on the rich deep wooden veneers and playing on those dark tones mixing it up with lighter textures and hues. Love how they did it!

Most of the photos there have been made available already although I see a few new shots of some of the guest ensuite bathrooms, the bridge and the gymn space that I never saw before. "Maidelle's" interior is really well put together.

Maidelle would look much nicer if they would paint the hull dark blue...........
She looks a bit plain now.....

I know their yard is struggling to get any new orders.............The owner of Icon is a wealthy dutch businessman..............The last 2 months he has been putting private real estate up for sale.................(coincidental?) dot wanna start any rumors......just saying...........

The yard is 50% owned by a dutch owner who is the owner of the yacht Icon. The yacht that has been for sale since it's delivery.
And Madeille has been built for the other owner of the yard a canadian who owns the other 50%.

Looks like the owners are only keeping the yard busy by building yachts for themselves.........

I'm very surprised to hear that, it doesn't do any justice to the excellent quality and design of the yachts they are building. It may have been the wrong timing for a new proyect like that, people tend to stick to proven values when in turmoil. To me, whats amazing is that I like everything they do, which is very rare, and yes they only have a few yachts, but they are just perfect.

They've had a few big refit projects as well although those do not fetch the same kind of money a new build does.

    Hi,

There has to be a reason they do not sell.

I have heard a few technical problems have affected the trio.

Anyone trying to build a big yacht in Nthn Europe for an Italian price has to take shortcuts or it will not happen as planned.

Maidelle has been build very well by Icon Yachts

[IMG]The Maidelle hull nr 2 has been build beyond it s requirements in short exquisite while it was registered /
delivered at Norway Under severe weather conditions
such as heavy snowfall high wind speeds 34 knots and below minus 10 degrees Celsius . . .
You don t want to try that with an Italian yacht really . . ..

Look at the below image and big layer of snow on the Maidelle
    Kind Regards ,Arethusa the Netherlands
