Thanks, I know very very much about this boat and I have been following her since the very begining and chasing her info led to yacht forums which I owe her a debt to and makes me love her even more!

    Double Cheers.

It's a pretty fantastic yacht. The interesting thing is that the owner's suite is below the other decks. This is to allow the owner's balcony to be at water level I presume. The aft beach area also looks like a pretty nice area to hang out at. Just looking at all the stairways, you could get a pretty good workout just going up and down them a couple of times.

Well, by having the master suite on waterline level, the created a suite that is full beam at the widest points of the beam, and added a direct access to the water through the balcony, it also meant that all the state rooms including the crew quarters on the main deck get more natural light and view aslo without being cramped in hotel like foyer. The master suite has two dressing rooms, two toilets, a large shower and a large whirlpool tub and enough elbow room for the biggest NFL player with full gear and attitude on! Then is had two seating areas which now one of them was remodeled to be a small private office.

Don't worry about the stairs, the elevator goes all the way up!

    Cheers.

Do you want me to start listing the water toys onboard? An hour using the seabob would give you abs that are "SPARTA" issue only!

    Cheers.

It was originally for sale at $125 mill. It took ages to sell, obviously below asking price. Now for sale at $94, with half of the world´s yachts for sale, and this one "burnt" from too much sales effort. It´s going to be a hard sell. And it´s going to be a very expensive few weeks on board for the current owner. The yacht has a beautiful exterior, the interior needs to be redone urgently, and that extraordinary beach club, only matched by Serene and Al Mirqab.

    Hi,

I know of someone who looked at it before it became P V, the list of problems and work required put the client off and that was at a number less than the current ask.

It will be a hard sell in this market when there are a lot of better pedigree yachts with less mileage under the keel out there to be had.

I am not saying it is a bad boat just it needs a lot if work to correct things that should have been done better at the outset.

Don't expect him to list those problems openly, maybe a PM might suffice.

    Hi,

There is no point in that info being broadcast online.

The guy who bought it would have had to take care of a lot of them so the info will not be current to the vessel today in the same way it was when my colleague looked at it for his client.

There are probably other things that need attention now.

The yacht is gorgeous. And I also remember there were some issues at the time of delivery, and delays. To a certain extent is almost logical, with so many systems in these large yachts. I particularly like the drive-in pool at the aft beach club, at the time it was a very impressive feature.

Still is Felipe! I mean like "Octopus" has a drive in dock for her "Man o' War" main tender but that is a holding and service bay, no guests can enjoy that space. However, on PM/PV that entire area is a beach club. Imagine departing or arriving on the yacht through there. Nice!
