Sailing phuket

We will be sailing in Phang-Nga Bay in 10 days time with a catamaran. I asked the marina to help us with provisioning. The list they sent us does not contain any canned food. We prefer the canned food for its practicality as we will be chartering only for 10 days. Can anyone give us an idea about availability of canned food in supermarkets near Phuket. Are there any restaurants which we can eat out on the costs of the bay? Do some vendors come to the boat to sell food? As we need to plan ahead I appreciate any help.
