    Leonardo III

The yacht close to Lady Lau in one of the earlier photos in this thread is not a Timmerman but it was LEONARDO III, ex-Waterlily.

It was not that bad on the Rivièra but Cannes has indeed been somewhat slower than usual. Cannes normally has a lot of Middle Eastern owned yachts visiting during summer and specifically August, but this year's ramadan has changed the usual calendar.

Cap Ferrat has been extremely busy though.

And around mid-July, St. Tropez has had the biggest concentration of yachts I've ever seen : as well in the Golfe de Saint Tropez as for Ramatuelle at the famous "plages".

    Hi Lars,

It has indeed been a long time.

Certainly loads of new photos, I'm beginning to update my Flickr.com account with new ones.

None from Théoule however. As Ombreetsoleil indicated, it was indeed not that busy over there.

On "photo-safari" these days the app from Marinetraffic has become a very important tool and this year it never directed my to the red mountains of l'Esterel between the port de la Figueirette and port de la Rague...

Welcome back Christo! I just upgraded your status to Senior Member, but you pretty much had that status after your first post in 2003! Hope you can find time to join in the discussions. :)

My folks are in Theoule sur Mer at the moment.

I will be heading towards Theoule in August.

My father saw Feadship "Beija Flor" and spoke to the crew.
They were preparing to go to Sardenga.

Got a pretty good deal, the wajer company can use it for charter and shows and events, and they gave us a very good price, with a setprice buy back guarentee.

Seems like your Father will, also, as he pulls up to the fuel dock and states, "Your turn!" :D

After your Father makes the discovery, you will be demoted to deckhand and bottom cleaner.

A life in the sun, without all the fun and you will turn red like a lobster with bad sunburn. :D
