    We're being too nice to this guy - His responses with the smilies tells me he doesn't get the point that the young ladies life was in danger - nor did the jerk at the helm. The Lord must love stupid people as he sure made a lot of them.

    Let's all be nice. Laws governing vessel operation vary with each country. There is no law mandating common sense. The biggest crime here is excessive smiley use in this thread.

    Ok, no more smilies. No laws were broken during photoshoot. Before taking pictures with young lady, all precautions were taken to ensure maximum safety of everybody involved, duration of such maneuvers was as short as possible.
    I appreciate your concerns and advices, so for now I will leave it at that.
