I need to go through my bilge and take care of the bronze thru-hulls. Some are developing the nice blue stuff-corrosion. Does Corrosion Block work as a long term preventative? Any recommendations if not?

Check your bonding, if it's good, just use vinegar and a wire brush on the heaviest corrosion. That green coating that forms on bronze is the metals way of protecting it's self from further corrosion so I wouldn't work to hard to remove it.

Check for dissimilar metals in your plumbing that are not isolated. If you see corrosion around the threads then I would be kind of concerned and spraying lubricants on it will do next to nothing for you.
Corrosion Block, great stuff BTW, is not a long term corrosion preventative especially for plumbing. There are other products for that.
One product (I can not remember the name of) is like a greased cloth that that you wrap around the plumbing fittings and it allows no moisture in. I see it used a lot on jet drive vessels with hydraulic hoses and fittings near the water line.
