   I see that the 75 foot yacht AMERCIA is for sale. I assume that she has had good care ,she looks great ! I was wondering if you bought her what would be the yearly ownership cost be with a full time Capt. and mate? I have always heard to use 10% of the purchase price. Thy are asking $975 K. It would seem that about $97K would be low . anyone willing to hazard an estimate , or actual experience ?
