    An idea perhaps copy-catted from the recent surge in McMansions--on Miami Beach, the developers are razing '50s/'60s properties and the resultant homes have a slide from the 2nd story down to the pool.

    I used to have to deal with such beasts at Charter Broker Shows.

    One well known lady came around our boat and snatched 2 family photos off the piano.

    "Child too ugly to appeal".

    We had prepped to leave that afternoon with the Owners, not charter guests.
