We are looking for owners' experiences with Outer Reef Yachts, 65'-75' in heavy weather 25-35 knot winds and 8'-10' seas. Any comments and observations will be appreciated.

My friends had an outer Reef in that size range. I believe it was a 63. It's the one that had been doing the east coast boat shows for the past year or two. They loved to tell the story about the anemometer reading 45-50 knots. Didn't believe it because it was so quite and comfortable inside. Opened the door almost got blown away. Very impressed with the yacht. Had it for sale because they wanted to move up to a 65' with the day head. I'm pretty sure they're not on this list. If you send me an e-mail I can forward it to them.
