With hull 780 (to be "Sycara V") well underway for delivery in 2010 at Nobiskrug another yacht is being readied for the same period. This is hull 781 and she is to be the sister to the "Siren" (hull 788). "Sapphire" (781) is to be delivered in April 2010 if things go accordingly.

Did anyone hear any news on hull 799 from Nobiskrug? As far as I remember she is suppose to be the new "Jamaica Bay" and should be near delivery.

Correction on the above build number for the new "Jamaica Bay". It is 779 and not 799, thanks to K!W! for correcting me on it.

The hull of project "Mogambo" (hull 782) was launched at Nobiskrug recently, The hull is based on "Siren" and when completed should be launched officially in 2011.

There is also the sister hull to the Mogambo project called Project "Graffiti". She is hull 783 also for launch sometime in 2011. These are two of the five yachts Nobiskrug has in build at the moment.

This last one reminds me of some of the designs/drawings from AMG; At the very least it has some style-elements in there i recognize from AMG's hand.

"Sycara V" was supposed to have been launched in March, I have not seen or heard anything about her launching. Anyone have any information?

The shell of the "Graffiti" project, hull 783 apparently has been launched. She will now go on to the next phases in construction before she is launched again in 2011.

    Hi,

I think they first need to get a shed to put it in before they can finish much of it.

Sycara V in the picture - she has a very sharp bow, I like it though.

Also, YachtNews, have you got any info on "Project Domingo"...? Cheers

    Hi,

That is not a Nobiskrug build, it is being done at their neighbours in Rendsburg.

The "Domingo" project looks very much like the just launched Lurssen "Phoenix 2" (Project J-24). They look almost like sisters in design.

Keeping this thread Nobiskrug, anyone with personal photos of "Jamaica Bay" or the new "Sycara V", be sure to post them here.

The project is far behind schedule? I think she should have been launched in March, according to what was being said.
