37-meter "Seven Seas" has been launched by RMK Marine. This yacht is of the explorer type known more appropriately as a pocket explorer and features exterior and Naval Architecture from RMK while the interior is the work of Epikworks. There is an internal volume in the region of 388 GT. When a client with vision unites a shipyard with strong build capability and a design studio with epic expedition heritage, the result is the RMK 120 – Seven Seas.

Designed for an experienced yachtsman with world cruising in mind, the brief was clear; to capture expedition capability in a masculine trawler-style yacht refined by a feminine, family-focused design. "The owners wanted their next boat to be big, but not so big that it couldn’t access beautiful ports and bays. They were keen to design a pocket explorer. For them, that meant everything that you typically have in a 50m 500 GT boat, including proper tender carrying capacity when cruising in different regions", said Bart M. Bouwhuis, Co-Creative Director, Vripack. Therefore Seven Seas can carry a pair of 7.5-meter tenders on 55 square meters of aft deck space. A significant lazarette provides further storage for water toys and RIBs.

As a family style yacht, the vessel will have various al-fresco spaces for the owners and family to enjoy. From comfortable oversized built-ins to al-fresco dining areas to more secluded nook areas on the foredeck. A private top deck with Jacuzzi, bar, and seating area affords views of the shifting vistas. The main deck aft offers al fresco dining with aft-facing seating ideal for when underway. A yacht designed for living onboard and exploring without sacrificing the luxuries of yachting in the process.

Onboard this LR 100A1 SSC YACHT MONO G6 LMC UNRESTRICTED NAVIGATION class vessel there is a passenger capacity for up to 12 guests. The displacement hull is made of steel while the superstructure is aluminum. A pair of C32 708 BKW engines should power this vessel to a top end of 14-knots and cruise at 10-knots. Dimensions are 36.86-meters long with a beam of 9.00-meters and a draft of 2.65-meters. These dimensions are ideal for the owner who wanted to maximize volume within this size platform while still being able to access almost any port they take the boat.
