  1. Otam's SD35 "Gipsy" Nearing Completion
The first Otam SD35 hull is almost completed as 80 percent or greater of the build work is finished on the new vessel. She is being built for an experienced Italian client who is eager to take delivery and enjoy her for a bit before she debuts at the Monaco Yacht Show (MYS). The design overall is by Tomaso Spadolini, including the interior as well.
  2. The tri-deck motoryacht is expected to have a very comfortable and airy-feeling interior thanks to the colour palette chosen. Very light and neutral colours were utilized throughout the interior to give the appearance of bigger space. Afterall, this is on a 35-meter vessel. Accommodation is for ten guests in five suites. Four of them are located on the lower deck and split between twin and double berths and the owner has the upper deck for themselves.
  3. The yacht is all painted and mostly complete and as a result the running and propulsion systems were installed long ago. The SD35, the first is expected to be called "Gipsy", should be able to reach a top speed of 22-knots. Don’t expect her to sustain that for very long though as at 11-knots her maximum range is estimated to be only around 1,000 nautical miles. Launching is anticipated for next month (June) and we look forward to that moment. Once sea trials have been satisfied, she will be delivered to her owner in the coming months.
