News: OceAnco Launches 88.5M Superyacht Y715

OceAnco 88.5-meter Superyacht Y715 Rolled Out

Fresh on the heels of launching the 106-meter hull Y712, Dutch superyacht builder OceAnco launches another brand new yacht. This time, the almost completed 88.5-meter Y715 emerged from the finishing shed today. The design is by Sam Sorgiovanni and in these photos by Dutch Yachting we can immediately notice striking similarities between this new yacht and previous Sorgiovanni designs. Namely "Anastasia" (Y703) and "Nirvana" (Y707).

Some nice styling differences are easily seen like the oval windows in the bow forward main deck level. The swirling design of glazing on the superstructure aft of the bridge is also a nice touch. Y715 is believed to be just under 3,000GT and should be quite spacious on the interior as a result. The 88.5-meter yacht boasts a 14.2-meter wide beam and a draft of just under 4-meters. The hull and superstructure for this yacht arrived at OceAnco's Alblasserdam finishing facilities in May of 2015. The full displacement superyacht was built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure. She should be completed for her owner at the end of the year.
