  1. 42-meter Tiger Shark Unveiled By Aegean Yacht
Aegean Yacht has been working on the Tiger Shark series of yachts which aims to produce 10 vessels from this class represented in different sizes. In fact two vessels from the series are already under construction. They measure 37.3-meters and are called "Tempest" and "Vortex". The new one here recently unveiled is a 42-meter version called Project 'Stealth' and that showcases design internally and externally by Riza Tansu.
  2. "Tiger Shark Design has been a benchmark in yacht design for more than a decade and it's not likely to change. Over the years, the design has been refined, allowing us to create something timeless. 'Stealth' is the latest example of our design philosophy: Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication", explained Aegean Yacht CEO Sinan Ozer.
  3. Many details about this particular yacht have not been divulged as yet but we know that there will be accommodation for 10 guests and 9 crew. The vessel's overall look is of a military aesthetic. From profile view project 'Stealth' hides many features and one of these facets is where traditionally a skylounge would be located. Instead of a skylounge they decided to put a semi-outdoor area fitted with a bar and an eight-place al-fresco dining table. The roof above can be retracted to add more natural light and connection to the surroundings.
  4. Other features onboard include a dip-pool on the aft main deck, tender storage just forward of the pool facilitated by two cranes on either side of the hull. More secluded seating on the bow which would be great for anchor or even when berthed med-style in marinas. When at anchor the yacht will be able to use CMC stabilizers to make zero-speed settlements comfortable for guests. A 4,000 nautical mile cruising range has been calculated but the top speed is estimated to be 16-knots.
