    Not sure if you've ever done a long, hard passage at speed, but it knocks the stuffing out of you. Hard graft.

    My back is in bad shape from too many long beatings on boats and other youthful transgressions, but I still love it. I have to work out every day now to stay mobile, but it is so worth it since I can still mt bike and bounce around in my 50s.
