  1. Just splashed; Alloy 40-meter "Allogante"

The Alloy 40-meter "Allogante" just splashed at the yacht's New Zealand building facility. Allogante is a near sister to "Como", "Ad Lib" and "Loretta Anne" (ex.S.Q.N). This beautiful luxury motor yacht will be equally as beautiful on the interior as on the exterior.

Allogante features an interior conceptualized by renowned Donald Starkey Designs. The exterior design is by Dubois Naval Architects and is also a design that has been built upon the popular Ad Lib. However, the interior of Allogante is one that called for a design that reflected a sumptuous atmosphere.

To reflect this kind of interior only quality materials were used. For example, sycamore and macassar ebony have been effectively used in the joinery. In the guest ensuite bathrooms, luxurious marbles are on display. Furthermore, the main deck has been done in Zebrano whilst the guest areas feature European Olive wood works.

On the technical side of things, Allogante has been fitted with two stablizers to ensure comfortable times while at rest and anchor. 2 X 1,400 HP CAT marine engines exist to propel this yacht to a top speed of 16.5 knots. A cruising speed of 13 knots has been stipulated and a 4,000 NM range established. The long awaited Allogante is here and now she just has to be trialed and final works to be done and delivered to her owners.
