The most common problem with U-Line icemakers is that the thermostat fails over time, and it never goes into the harvest cycle. The machine gets cold but never delivers any cubes or takes in any water. Is there a screen in the inlet connection?

Is water coming out of the supply line at the water valve? Do the water valve coils have continuity? Ohm meter will be required to test the coils.

Is there water in the ice mold? if so are they frozen?

It's either the water valve or the mold assembly. Usually it's always the mold assembly that goes bad when they're not used often. There is a way to test it, google it.

Capt J is correct if the mold assembly has frozen cubes that mean's that the mold assembly does not have the ability to warm the cubes to do the dump, or the thermostat is not energizing the warm curcuit by turning the fingers. So determining what's going on the mold assembly will help you. Frozen cubes or what?

Best thing is to just replace the entire mold assembly if there are bad components in it. They're about $300 if I remember correctly.
